The tools behind the work.

When work moves between repositories and sessions, decisions are easy to lose. Dan built a private engineering system that keeps the objective, owner, accepted scope and supporting evidence in one record.

Routine local changes stay lightweight. Work with larger consequences carries explicit review and recovery requirements. The purpose is practical: resume the right work, know what changed, and distinguish a completed result from a status message.

This is internal operating software. Public material describes the architecture; source, operational records and private data remain private.
